MBAed.com ('MBAed') is sa ervice providing online courses for essential MBA skills. The courses are non-degree-granting. MBAed is the property of HHM WAVS LLC. By using the Service, the user ('User' or 'you') agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. MBAed may revise the terms in this Agreement at any time. By using the Service after any change in the Agreement is posted, the User agrees to be bound by all of the changes therein.

 The User is responsible for complying with these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may jeopardize future access to the Service, and upon any such violation, the User's account may be subject to immediate suspension or termination. MBAed's content consists of our own proprietary research, tools, templates, and insights along with contributions from other content sources. These content sources may also provide their content to other Internet sites at price and promotional terms over which we have no input or control. Consequently, use of the Service is not a guarantee that a portion of the content may not be found on one or more websites on a free or paid basis. In addition, part of the value of the Service is the immense convenience and time saved by accessing organized, comprehensive, relevant, and powerful content in one place. Because the Service involves the download of digital information which once provided cannot be recovered as unused, the User acknowledges and agrees that any and all purchases made through the Service are final.

Section 1. Copyright And Limitations On Use
1.1 Access to the Service is for the User ONLY and may not be shared. The User is responsible for the confidentiality and use of the User's username and password. The User's responsibility extends to all activity and use under the username and password. By using the Service, you agree not to sell, publish, or broadcast the information, tools, and templates received through the Service, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of MBAed. Express prior consent is automatically provided only in those instances in which the User is incorporating the information, tools, and templates into other documents, presentations, analyses, or models for their or their company's sole use.

 1.2 The User agrees to provide complete and accurate account information. It is the sole responsibility of the User to report any changes to the MBAed immediately. Further, if it is determined that the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, MBAed reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account and/or the User’s access until the necessary information is provided by the User.

1.3 The information available through the Service is the property of MBAed and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Information received through the Service is for the User's use only, and may not be copied or distributed except as permitted in Section 1.1.

 1.4 Users may not post any information from the Service to newsgroups, mail lists, electronic bulletin boards, or any other public forum without the prior written consent of MBAed.

1.5 MBAed reserves the right to monitor the User's use of the Service to ensure the User's compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If it is determined that the User is not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, MBAed reserves the right to take such action as it deems necessary, including, but not limited to, suspension or termination of the User's account. The User acknowledges that such monitoring of use may include determining whether or not the Service is accessed under the account from multiple IP addresses, as well as noting excessive use of Subscription accounts.
